Protection of personal data
The Buyer's rights and obligations are established by Directive 95/46/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 24, 1995 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as by any national legislative acts implementation of this Directive. The Buyer consents to the collection, processing and/or storage by the Supplier of his personal data, including his name, surname, address, personal identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth.
The Buyer's personal data will be collected, processed and/or stored for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations that are established by or result from the Terms and Conditions, the Sales Agreement and/or the management of the User Account. If the Buyer does not object to the processing of his Personal Data by the Supplier, the Supplier will have the right to collect, process and/or store this Data for the purpose of sending the Buyer commercial messages and other information related to the Supplier's goods, services or business. By using the Site, the Buyer gives his express consent to the processing of his Personal Data. The Buyer's agreement under this article regarding marketing purposes is free and optional and does not affect the conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Parties.
Also, the Supplier will have the right to collect, process and/or store the Buyer's Personal Data for security purposes, to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements, as well as to be able to transmit this Data to the courts at their request.
The buyer will have the right to:
- A. Access your Personal Data;
- B. He opposes the processing of his personal data;
- C. Get information about your Personal Data;
- D. Modify or delete your Personal Data.
- E . In this sense, the Buyer can exercise the rights provided in article 13.4.
- F. The Buyer assumes the obligation to ensure that the Personal Data they provide to the Supplier are correct, complete and up-to-date, especially at the time of registering the User Account or placing the Order. The Buyer shall notify the Supplier without delay regarding any change in his Personal Data. The parties agree that the Supplier will not be held responsible for the inability to deliver the Order if the Buyer has provided the Supplier with incorrect or incomplete Personal Data.
. The Provider will have the right to request the processing of Personal Data by a third party (data operator).
The transport operator delivering the Product will have the right to access the relevant Personal Data for the fulfillment of its obligations as a transporter. Personal data will be considered confidential information that cannot be communicated to third parties except in the cases expressly established in the Terms and Conditions.
Personal data will be processed by the Supplier for the period of time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations that are established by or result from the Terms and Conditions and/or the Sales Agreement.
Personal data will be processed by the Provider manually or with the help of electronic means, through automated or non-automated means.
In case of violation of provisions related to Personal Data, especially in case of unauthorized access, destruction, intentional manipulation, processing of Personal Data in violation of the Buyer's right to privacy or statutory requirements, or in case the processing of Personal Data exceeds the indicated purpose in the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer can:
- A. Request a clarification from the Provider or data operator regarding the processing of his Personal Data;
- B. Ask for the rectification of the situation.
- C. The Supplier will provide the Buyer with information regarding his Personal Data. In this sense, the Supplier can request remuneration that does not exceed the cost of providing this information.
These data do not physically exist on the servers that run the website www.lolybyzitamoldovan.com , they are only accessible by authorized personnel through the internal network. Each user has the right to see only his own personal data that he has entered.
